A beautiful weekend with my father in the Swiss Alps, driving mountain passes with the camera always close by. This view from the Susten Pass had been on my photography bucket list for a long time. Just before sunset, rain and clouds seemed to ruin the plan. But suddenly the rain stopped and the sun broke through. I rushed to the viewpoint and everything came together: the light, the clouds, the flowers and the atmosphere. Sometimes landscape photography is simply about staying patient until the very last moment. And sharing moments like this with my father turns photos into memories.
